Set among flowering gardens at the heart of the resort, with a private balcony or terrace looking onto the greenery.

Ten hectares of white sand at Muyuni Beach, Matemwe, with 250 suites, four restaurants and a five-minute boat ride to Mnemba Island.
The Mora Zanzibar sits on ten hectares of beachfront at Muyuni Beach, Matemwe, on the island's north-east tip. It was reworked from the former Emerald Zanzibar Resort & Spa and relaunched in 2024 under TUI's The Mora brand, with the low, white-washed architecture and gardens largely intact. Mnemba Island and its reef are a five-minute boat ride from the jetty.
The 250 suites are spread widely enough that the resort rarely feels full. Four restaurants cover Japanese teppanyaki, open-flame grilling, Mediterranean beach dining and an all-day international buffet, and The Pause Spa and six pools sit at the quieter end of the property. Stone Town and the airport are around 45 minutes away by car.

Every suite has a private balcony or terrace, a king-sized bed and a mini-bar restocked daily; the upper categories add a private pool or in-room whirlpool.
