Beachfront Villa
One of ten villas framed by private gardens along East Beach, with a plunge pool, three outdoor showers and a separate study that rearranges for children.

A private granite island near Silhouette, with eleven handcrafted villas and the Noah's Ark conservation project at its heart.
North Island sits alone in the inner granitic Seychelles, a fifteen-minute helicopter transfer from Mahé and within sight of Silhouette. Eleven villas run along East and West Beach, built from reclaimed Takamaka timber, sustainably sourced rosewood and ylang-ylang, each with a private plunge pool, an open-air bathroom and a separate study.
Decades of plantation farming had stripped the island bare before its current owners began the Noah's Ark Project, an eradication and rewilding programme that has since brought back hawksbill turtles, Aldabra giant tortoises and the Seychelles white-eye. Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, chose it for their honeymoon in 2011, and the island has kept much the same quiet since.

Eleven villas in total, ten Beachfront Villas and the standalone Villa North, each with its own plunge pool.

Set against the granite incline of Grand Paloss, the island's largest villa spreads across elevated decks with a secluded sala, firepit and four outdoor showers.
