Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness sits in a sheltered cove at Turtle Bay, on Mauritius' north-west coast, roughly twenty minutes from Grand Baie. Stone-walled, thatch-roofed pavilions by designer Martin Branner step down through the gardens to a stretch of golden sand, with 34 private infinity pools tucked among the suites.
Formerly known as Angsana Balaclava, the resort is managed by Banyan Tree and built its reputation on wellness: an extensive hydrotherapy pool, thermotherapy suites and a dedicated wing of Wellness Sanctuary rooms sit alongside four restaurants and two resort pools, including a sandy, swim-up Lagoona Pool at its centre.
